Bandai Namco Entertainment America announced today that they have unleashed their latest Digimon title, this time a free card battle came in the app store. The game features a virtual army of legendary Digimon characters and is called Digimon Heroes!
The game is free to download on iOS or Android devices in their respective app stores and also features in app purchases.
In Digimon Heroes!, players will uncover, earn, collect and battle a full catalogue of more than 1,000 Digimon from across all eras of the Digimon universe. Digimon Heroes! will feature a unique match 3 battle system that delivers card battles that are easy to pick up and play that Bandai Namco promises will still offer powerful card combinations and exhilarating strategic depth.
With original Digimon illustrations created exclusively for the game, fans of the popular anime franchise will experience classic characters and new favorites in a whole new way. Beyond the epic Digimon vs. Digimon matchups, players can bring their friends into battle as well as enjoy daily missions, long-term missions and even daily or bi-weekly special events.
