Battle spiders, orcs, Ringwraiths, and more as you journey through Middle-earth, earning cards and devising new tactics along the way. In <em>The Lord of the Rings: Living Card Game<\/em>, players lead their own fellowship of heroes through immersive quests, each with its own unique narrative and challenges.<\/p>\n<p>The game looks very much like what we&#8217;ve seen in Blizzard&#8217;s <em>Hearthstone<\/em> and <em>Magic the Gathering Arena<\/em> for PC and mobile devices. <em>The Lord of the Rings: Living Card Game<\/em> was released on <a href=\"http:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/509580\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Steam<\/a> a few months ago and is now listed for the Nintendo Switch in 2019. While I haven&#8217;t seen an official announcement, the game is listed on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nintendo.com\/games\/detail\/the-lord-of-the-rings-living-card-game-switch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nintendo.com<\/a>. The game is published by Asmodee Digital.<\/p>\n<p>The game have numerous cards available day one with more on the way. Decks in <em>The Lord of the Rings: Living Card Game<\/em> will be fully customizable. In the game you will lead a team of up to three heroes through five distinct quests, with many more to come.<\/p>\n<p>With the card game perfectly suited for a touch screen, hopefully that it worked into the interface during handheld mode.
