<\/p>\nHere’s an update from the Fire Emblem Heroes development team and\u00a0the new features and changes in the 3.1.0 update.<\/p>\n
\u25a0 Added Beasts
\nThe game now supports Beast-type Heroes!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
At the start of a Beast-type Hero’s turn, if they are not adjacent to any human Heroes, they\u00a0transform\u00a0into their beast form (if they are adjacent to any human Heroes, however, they will revert to their humanoid form). When transformed, their stats are boosted!
\nNote:\u00a0Manaketes without Dragonstones, like Nowi: Eternal Witch and Tiki: Summering Scion, are treated as human Heroes.<\/p>\n
You will be able to gain Beast-type Heroes as allies from the Rulers of the Laguz summoning event, which starts January 11th, 2019 2:00am ET, and the Grand Hero Battle with Naesala: Sky’s Shadow, which starts January 12th, 2019 2:00am ET.<\/p>\n
\u25a0 Legendary Effects and Mythic Effects
\nTo allow for Legendary Heroes and Mythic Heroes to play a more active role, Legendary Effects and Mythic Effects have been expanded.<\/p>\n
Legendary Heroes will receive a Mythic Effect when deployed with a Mythic Hero in Aether Raids during a season that matches both of their blessing types.
\nMythic Heroes will receive a Legendary Effect when deployed with a Legendary Hero in battles outside of Aether Raids during a season that matches both of their blessing types.<\/p>\n
(Since Mythic Heroes cannot be deployed in Blessed Gardens, however, they are unable to receive a Legendary Effect there.)<\/p>\n
In addition to this change, starting January 15th, 2019 at 2:00am ET, new Arena and Aether Raids seasons will both start on Tuesday at 2:00am ET, so swapping between Legendary Effect and Mythic Effect will not occur in the middle of a season.<\/p>\n
The Aether Raids season that starts January 7th, 2019 at 2:00am ET will be one day longer than usual, but future seasons will return to their typical length afterward.<\/p>\n
\u25a0 Aether Raids Update
\n\u25cb Some structures have had their level cap increased:
\n\u30fb Aether Fountain: up to level 3 (max of 70 Aether replenished each day)
\n\u30fb Catapult (O): up to level 4
\n\u30fb Catapult (D): up to level 4<\/p>\n
\u25cb During placement, the Auto Setup feature now prioritizes Mythic Heroes and Heroes with blessings that match the current season.<\/p>\n
\u25cb The ! icon displayed on the Aether Raids option in the Battle menu has been hidden.<\/p>\n
Note: Due to changes to Aether Raids, when you update to Ver. 3.1.0, you will no longer be able to view defensive-battle replays involving players using Ver. 3.0.1.<\/p>\n

\nHero who can learn this skill: Tailtiu: Thunder Noble<\/p>\n
\u30fb Tome of Thoron can be upgraded in the Weapon Refinery after it has been obtained.
\n\u30fb To learn weapon skills, tap Allies, then Ally Growth, and then Learn Skills.<\/p>\n
The following weapons can be upgraded or can gain additional special effects by using Arena Medals and Divine Dew:<\/p>\n
Tyrfing
