The maintenance that began on January 30th, 2019 at 1:00 a.m. is now complete, and the game has been updated to version 2.1.0.<\/p>\n

Here’s a quick look at the new features!<\/p>\n

Blathers’s Treasure Trek!<\/h2>\n

The new mini-game\u00a0Blathers’s Treasure Trek\u00a0<\/span>has been added!<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

\nCollect\u00a0maps<\/span>\u00a0you get from balloon presents and Gulliver’s Cargo Ship and send\u00a0Blathers<\/span>\u00a0on a trek for treasure. Roll the die using Bells or craft materials, and Blathers will move the number of spaces you roll.<\/p>\n

Depending on the space he lands on, you might get items, new animal friends, and more!<\/p>\n

The animals you meet can be called to your campsite or cabin.<\/p>\n

You can also use Leaf Tickets to get all the items on the map using the Instantly Clear the Map feature!<\/p>\n

Introducing Pete’s Parcel Service!<\/h2>\n

Pete<\/span>\u00a0has noticed how busy all the campers are lately, and has started a service to help complete animals’ requests!<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

\nIf you go to Pete\u00a0<\/span>on the map, you can see a list of the requests animals currently have. If you have something they want, Pete will deliver it to them for you!<\/p>\n

Notes:
\n\u00b7 Pete’s Parcel Service can be used starting at level 3.
\n\u00b7 The list of requests in Pete’s Parcel Service will only show requests from animals you have already met.<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Changes made due to the introduction of Pete’s Parcel Service<\/b>
\nThere are some requests Pete cannot complete, so the following changes have been made:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Requests that involve selecting clothes or giving a gift to another animal have been classified as animal requests, but now will appear when you select the “What’s the latest?” or “Let’s Talk” dialogue options.
\n\u00b7 Animals will no longer ask you about recommended fishing spots.<\/p>\n

Garden Improvements!<\/h2>\n

You’ll be able to do more right from your friends’ details page!<\/p>\n

\n\u00b7 You’ll be able to your water all your friends’ flowers at once!
\n\u00b7 During a garden event, you’ll be able to confirm which rare creatures your friend needs to complete garden tasks!
\n\u00b7 During a garden event, you’ll be able to share rare creatures with your friends in batches!<\/p>\n

Max Friendship Level Increase!<\/h2>\n

Animals’ maximum friendship level will increase from\u00a025 to 30<\/b>!
\nYou’ll be able to become even better friends with your favorite animals!<\/p>\n

New Local-Produce Fruits!<\/h2>\n

New fruits are appearing at Breezy Hollow and Lost Lure Creek as local produce!<\/p>\n

One of the following fruits will grow in your recreation spots:

\ngrapes<\/span><\/p>\n

Maybe your friends’ market boxes will have the fruit you don’t have?<\/p>\n

Updated Campsite Camera!<\/h2>\n

Campsite, cabin, and camper camera controls have changed!<\/p>\n

\nWhile in camera mode, you can now switch between modes that allow you to turn and move the camera!<\/p>\n

Note: Because of this, you can no longer adjust the camera outside of camera mode.<\/p>\n

More Updates<\/h2>\n

\u00b7 The camper ladder button that was removed in 2.0.0 now displays properly.

Resolved Issues<\/h2>\n

The following issues have been resolved.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 If you pick up a lost item and take it to your campsite, the lost item will not register as being found.
\n\u00b7 If you have placed the maximum amount of furniture or clothing in your cabin, you may be unable to change the wallpaper, flooring, or rug.
\n\u00b7 The model for black loafers was showing as tasseled loafers.
\n\u00b7 Display issues.<\/p>\n
