The Tetris 99<\/strong> 17th MAXIMUS CUP event had been announced. With the release of the Crown Tundra<\/em> expansion the event will be a crossover of Pok\u00e9mon Sword<\/em> and Pok\u00e9mon Shield<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The event runs from 12:00am ET on October 16th to 11:59pm ET on October 19th.<\/p>\n

To participate, you\u2019ll need to be a Nintendo Switch Online member and play the Tetris 99<\/em> online mode during the event period. You\u2019ll earn event points based on your placement in each match. Once you\u2019ve accumulated a total of 50 event points, a new theme will unlock, featuring art, music and Tetrimino designs inspired by Pok\u00e9mon Sword<\/em> and Pok\u00e9mon Shield<\/em>.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
