\nAs expected Nintendo’s Pikmin 3 debuted in North America at the number one spot with 114,828 sold in the first week. The game took home the number 2 spot in worldwide sales during the week.<\/p>\n

Over in Japan Nintendo continues to hold strong with eight of the top ten spots on Nintendo’s consoles, seven of which on the 3DS. First party titles Mario & Luigi: Dream Team<\/em>, Animal Crossing: Jump Out<\/em> and Pikmin 3<\/em> all hold spots in the top ten.<\/p>\n

All three games are also in the global top ten.<\/p>\n
