Listings on retailer websites are sometimes hard things to trust, especially when no announcement has been made by the publisher. A recent listing on a Swedish online retailer has the newest Grand Theft Auto V listed … for the Nintendo Wii U.
Listings have been wrong before and could be a simple mistake of putting a new game listing in the wrong category, but as a fan of both Nintendo and Grand Theft Auto I am intrigued by the possibility.
With the Wii U capable of everything the PS3 and 360 are capable of, and so much more with the GamePad, the possibilities are endless.
It should be noted that Rockstar hasn’t announced that the game will be released on the Wii U. For that matter, if you look at the official website for the game as well as the released trailers there is no mention of ANY platform. It could be that Rockstar is holding onto it’s hand as to what systems the game will be released for.
The cat may be out of the bag now.
