A wild west poker game. A runner featuring a cat on a skateboard. Puzzling monkeys. Christmas birds. What do these four things have in common? Teyon Games. Teyon Games has four games coming soon to the Nintendo 3DS eShop. Three of the games are licensed to Teyon and have already been out in Japan.

The first game is called Governor of Poker and, as you might imagine, is a poker game. In the game you start a journey to becoming the new governor of poker in a Texas Hold’em poker tournament. The game is set to feature two modes of play with 24 rewards to claim.

The second game is called Skater Cat and is a runner where you play as a cat named Ollie where you race with other cats and perform tricks to collect treats. The game will come packed with over 25 levels, have collectable medals, and will have built in StreetPass and SpotPass functionality. StreetPass will let you exchange best times and ghost runs from other players while SpotPass will give you ghost runs from the game makers as well as receive news updates.

The game, developed by Fun Unit, was released in Japan earlier in the year under the name Mew Mew Train and also developed Teyon published Wizard Defenders, Groove Heaven, Cat Frenzy and the Escape the Virus games. It looks like it’ll be a very cute game.

The third game on the board from Teyon is Banana Bliss: Jungle Puzzle (Saru-tsuPa in Japan) which was developed by Mechanic Arms. The game is described as a fruitful quest with Morris the monkey and a puzzling adventure. The goal in each puzzle level is to gather all of the scattered hearts, though you can also discover hidden bananas in each level to unlock bonus levels. There are a total of 300 levels in total through seven jungle-inspired worlds.

This game will be released in the Nintendo 3DS eShop on December 26th and cost $3.99, though the prices and dates for the other titles have yet to be confirmed.

The final game is the latest installment of the Bird Mania series in Bird Mania Christmas 3D. The game is a runner (or flyer I guess) in which you will “glide past snowcapped pine trees dashing into enemy birds for crazy bonuses and collect clusters of stars and shiny Christmas baubles.” The latest game will also include an online leaderboards.

Have you played any of these games on your Japanese 3DS or do they peak your interest? Let us know in the comments down below.
