Yesterday in the Nintendo Direct address it was announced that the Wii U version of Sonic Lost World would have two new DLC stages available, with the first one available right now in the Nintendo Wii U eShop. The first zone features a Nintendo inspired world based on Yoshi called the Yoshi’s Island Zone.
In it Sonic must race across Yoshi’s world in the brand new action-packed level. As you speed through this level, both Yoshi and Sonic players will notice some familiar items including pipes, coins, piranha plants and even Sonic’s iconic loop de loops, all in the unique graphic style of Yoshi’s Island.
This new DLC is definitely an interesting one and is something that was completely unexpected, not to mention awesome!
