An animator who goes by the name Callegos-Y on YouTube published a video they made a few days ago called “Racing for Rupees,” a short film about Link from The Legend of Zelda trying to raise enough rupees to buy a new shield after his wooden shield burns up.
The video is greatly animated and very well done. This is exactly the sort of video that makes me shake my head that Nintendo is NOT doing this sort of thing themselves.
